An engineering company for products that hold value
HashX Labs designs, builds and secures blockchain and AI systems for Web3 founders, fintechs, asset issuers and enterprises. Every engagement is led by senior engineers and starts from a written specification.

Why we exist
On a blockchain, a bug is not a support ticket. Money moves in a single transaction, and anyone can call your code in any order.
Most exploits are not exotic: a line in the wrong order, a rounding direction, a key with too much power.
So we build these systems the way they deserve. We specify what must always be true, write it as tests, and break the code ourselves before anyone else can.
The result is software your team can understand, run and own.
Five rules we work by
Pick one to see what it looks like on a real project.
I-1 Total assets always cover every share.
// SPEC.md I-1 function invariant_I1_solvency() public { assertGe(vault.totalAssets(), vault.convertToAssets(vault.totalSupply())); }
Illustrative artifacts from a typical engagement.

Senior engineers, start to finish
The engineers who scope your project are the ones who design and build it. Nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
Security from the first commit
Written specs, invariant tests and fuzzing are part of the build, not a step bolted on before launch.
Clear scope, no surprises
A written scope with assumptions spelled out, milestones you can see, and a demo at every step.
You own everything
Code, tests, documentation and runbooks live in your repository from day one.
Promises we refuse to make
Each of these would make a sales call easier. None of them would be true.
- 01Promise zero exploits.Nobody honest can.
- 02Quote a project before we understand it.
- 03Ship a contract without its tests.
- 04Issue certification badges.
- 05Invent client logos or testimonials.
The same five steps on every project
Each step ends with something you can read, run or approve.

Discover
We learn the product, the users and what must never go wrong, then write it down as a specification.
You get- Written specification
- Invariants: what must never happen
- Open questions answered
- 02
Design
Architecture, threat model and a scoped plan with milestones, reviewed with you before code.
You get- Architecture diagram
- Threat model with mitigations
- Milestone plan you approve
- 03
Build
Small, readable components with tests in every pull request and a demo at each milestone.
You get- Pull requests with tests
- A demo at every milestone
- Code your team can read
- 04
Test & review
Invariant fuzzing, static analysis, fork tests and manual review. Findings arrive as tests you can run.
You get- Fuzzing and static analysis
- Findings as runnable tests
- Fixes with regression tests
- 05
Launch & support
Deployment scripts, key ceremonies, monitoring and a runbook. We stay on after launch.
You get- Deploy scripts and key ceremony
- Monitoring and alerts
- A runbook and support after launch
